Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel VIP any time from Account → Cancel renewal. You keep access until the period ends and won't be charged again. We email you before every renewal.

If your most recent purchase was in the last 48 hours and is unused (coins unspent, or no more than 3 paid episodes watched), refund it yourself instantly in Account, once per account.

Charged by mistake or forgot to cancel? Contact us at /help or support@dramabite.ai within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund an unused renewal or unspent coins.

Coins already spent on unlocked episodes are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
